Press firmly on the top of the single-use push-up capsule to pierce the protective layer and let the mask expand. Open it and apply to the face. Leave on for 10-15 minutes. For better distribution and absorption of the active ingredients, work it in with a jade roller using circular/rolling motions from the centre outward.
