Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Italy: Standard shipping — 2–4 business days. Free shipping on orders over €50.
- European Union: Standard shipping — 5–7 business days. Rates calculated at checkout.
- International: Standard shipping — 7–14 business days. Rates calculated at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control such as customs processing, carrier delays, or force majeure events.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on applicable fees before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you have any issues with tracking, please contact us.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, certain restrictions may apply to specific products or destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us to discuss alternative shipping options.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or upon receipt (for damaged packages).
- Provide your order number, photos of any damage, and a description of the issue.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
