Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders within Italy are typically delivered within 2–4 business days. European orders arrive within 5–7 business days. International shipping may take 7–14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to follow your package in real time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for a seamless checkout experience.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly! If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thatsitbeauty.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, email us at info@thatsitbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect product?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

The brands we carry are chosen to suit a wide range of hair and skin types. Each product page includes detailed descriptions of who it's best for. If you're unsure which is right for you, don't hesitate to reach out — or book a consultation and we'll help you find your perfect match.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
We curate professional brands, each with its own ethics and formulation. Cruelty-free and vegan status varies by brand and product, so where it applies it's noted on the individual product page. If a particular certification matters to you, just ask and we'll point you to the right options.
What ingredients do you use?
Every brand we carry develops its own formulas, rooted in professional Italian haircare and beauty. Full ingredient lists (INCI) are published on each product page, so you always know exactly what you're applying.
How should I store my products?
Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid extreme temperatures. Always close containers tightly after use to preserve product quality and longevity.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your details for faster checkout, and stay updated on exclusive offers.
Do you offer gift cards?
