Refund Policy

We aim to provide you with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Below, you'll find the details of our return and refund process.
1. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Exclusions apply to Custom Made or Made-to-Order items, which are non-refundable.
2. Return Options
When requesting a return, customers can choose one of the following options:
- Store Credit: Receive 100% of your order value as store credit. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
- Full Refund (Shipping Fee): Receive 100% of your order value to the original payment method. You'll need to cover a €10 return shipping fee, and we'll provide a return label.
- Full Refund (Customer Shipping): Receive 100% of your order value to the original payment method. Return shipping is at your expense.
You'll be asked to specify your preferred option when submitting your return request.
3. Submitting a Return Request
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your account: enter your email address and follow the prompts to receive a verification code.
- Use the code to log into the customer portal.
- Select the order you want to return, choose the items, and specify your return reason.
- Use the "Notes" field to specify your preferred return option (A, B, or C).
- Submit your request.
If approved, we'll email you return instructions and, for Options A and B, a prepaid shipping label.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect your return.
- Refunds are issued as per the selected option: store credit (Option A) or to the original payment method (Options B & C).
- Refund processing typically takes up to 14 business days after the return is received.
- Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank — processing times can vary.
- If you've completed the above and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@thatsitbeauty.com.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
